Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and local couriers)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as [FedEx / DHL / USPS / Local Courier]. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Undeliverable or Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Packages
